- anita edmunds Review added: 2018.07.07★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very poor company. Completely failed to understand or follow out my instructions. The 'free' 30 mins that you top up to £100 for an hour and a letter is not worth the paper it is emailed on. I wanted advice on domestic abuse and child arrangements and was told to go to mediation (I have and was told it was not suitable because of the abuse - and I told CFL this). I explained that my ex would not voluntarily agree to anything so was advised to get him to sign a document stating this! I keep one star as it is possible that a basic family law situation like drawing up a basic will may be something they are able to do...as long you you already know the requirements and have the time to check they are doing the right thing every step on the way.
